My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were average for me and my children, albeit a bit pricey, but the bathroom was quite attractive. The service, while managed poorly in some aspects, showed friendliness and a willingness to assist. The location was excellent with easy access to the slopes and nearby ski facilities, providing a nice blend of nature and convenience. The dining experience was a bit overpriced for what was offered, with some inconveniences. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
